We have done brainstorming and developed an app called e-trouble ticket app for Mobily telecom, KSA.  The web portal creates trouble tickets and sends to employees using its mobile app.  The mobile user can send its activity to webportal from which the location can be traced as well as it can receive the pictures from site.
